We take a great care for each step of our production to minimize the chance of damaged or defective issues.

There will be some small differences of sizes and colors between each handmade products. Please consider and accept the natural tolerance.

Because of Natural, handmade, fragile feature of our products and a result of long-way transportation, so occasional defects, breakage of products may appear. If you find a problem please let us know with pictures to check, we will take responsibility for the unacceptable items
